i have a 406 2L hdi 110bhp. 2002 52 reg (97k mile). i have had no problems until the weather has got colder (-5 or below). when i turn the ignition on no preheat light appears and you cannot hear the fuel pump in the tank working, the car turns over fine but will not start, sometime get the airbag warning light coming on but this goes of once it starts. when the weather gets warmer starts no problem.
i have been told it could be the primary fuseboard in the engine bay, if it is any idea of cost or where can i get one from and are they easy to fit.
any other ideas what it could be the problem be or what else should i check? i have put new glow plugs in
