Does anybody know where I can get a new soft top for my recently MOT'd 304 - also, does anyone know of a hard top that might be available?

It will have to be made to fit. Try classic car retrimmers. In the UK, think MGB roadster. Plenty of companies offering this service. Good place to start looking would be google 'MG owners club'.
Hard top for 304 could be tricky. If you can't get an original, a fibreglass moulder/boat builder would be able to make one for you, or check out the classics scene in France. If you don't speak French, a few decent bottles of wine for a French speaking friend could be a worthwhile investment! Good luck, Donaldiesel

Hard tops do turn up on ebayFrance though not cheap. Last one I saw was 400 euros I believe. As the previous post mentioned the language barrier doesn't help unless your rather more fluent than me!

I`ve said this before here, the hood is the most important part of a cabriolet. If you want a new one get it made up and fitted by a specialist.Try www.trimmania.co.uk for a quote, it will not be cheep!!but will set the car up for life.As Donald said France is the best place for a hard top. www.serie04.com may have one or french ebay but you will need this "French speaking friend"

I'm not 100% sure, but I think Aaron Chetwynd who won the 304 trophy this year at the PPUK meet, tracked down a hardtop for one of the family's superb 304's, not sure if he's on here? My old 304 had a factory one, and it was a beautiful piece of bodywork on it's own, with a fully upholstered interior, I even worked out a way to remove it single-handedly! Now has anyone seen a nice one for a 504 cab? There is someone making a post production one, but it would look more at home on a campervan.

Hello, Good hardtops for a 504 cabriolet are getting rare. I can say extremly rare. I have found one recently, but I am still looking for one without glasses on the site. You can have a look at some of the pictures here: gallery.me.com/nielsvhal#100187Mine is for sale for the reason I just gave! If you are interested send me an email. Maybe you can upload some pictures of the new post production one? best regards, Niels
