2006 Expert Van. Mileage display has gone blank.?? Is the mileage count sent from the electronics box to display the numbers ? Hence any replacement will show correct mileage.

if i remember there is a bulb in there behind it, if its gone you wont see it. can you shine a torch at it? if so if the bulb is gone, you should be able to see it faintly, if not then a set of clocks is required. but make sure that the replacment clocks show less miles, as when fitted the bsi will replce that milage with the true millage stored in the bsi. if you get what i mean

Excellent Frank ! Shining the torch shows the mileage faintly, so when I get time I will strip out the clocks facia and change the offending bulb.
Cheers...........

Bulb replaced, mileage display working ok. Watch out for the screw on the bottom of the dash binacle which has to be accessed from the underneath by removing the lower steering cover and right hand under side dash cover, it makes good sense not to put this screw back!
