Greetings folks. Please be gentle as it's my first time in here. I spend a lot of time over on the PPC Magazine forum and on Locostbuilders but those guys can't help me with my latest quest. I'm hanging a 406 Coupe V6 engine on to the front of a Ford Type9 gearbox to make it rear wheel drive to fit in my Magenta kit car (as seen in PPC magazine!). The nutty bolty stuff is done and that just leaves the sparks to sort out. Ideally, I'd like to keep the smoke in the loom and so I'm looking for a wiring diagram. I have two Laguna wiring diagrams and two Pug diagrams but they bare no correlation to what is dangling off my ES9 engine. I have the complete engine loom, ECU and multifunction relays. I also have the round body side multi plugs with short tails of wires so I can splice them into a new loom. On the other engines I've butchered to fit stuff, it's usually easy to pick out the three or four wires needed to make the engine run but I've always had the wiring diagrams or codes to use. Any help will be greatly received. Cheers, Owelly.

Depending on the year, it could well be a multiplexed system. A lot of specials builders end up having to graft in half the dashboard electrics as well as everything talks to everything else.

Ooopsy. I should have mentioned it's a 1997 ES9 so it's not the multi-muppet system.
