I am in possesion of a rusted out right-hand drive 304 Cabriolet and an almost rust free left-hand drive non-runner. Are there any real obstacles to dropping the best bits out of the right hand drive car in to the left
-hand body (other than cutting out a panel here and there?

Sounds a perfect project and I`m sure its a straight forward job.A lot of work, but as you have a complete donor car you will have everything to hand.As these models all start life LHD I think (not sure) you dont even have to cut any holes in the body shell. I`m sure you wont have a problem but just check out about the situation with DVLA, MOT and insurance with the finished car.
