Heeeelp! (with pic)

Hi I'm Lindsay. I've hit the first major stumbling block in my restoration of a peugeot 205 RG cabriolet by losing the keys!
I have to remove the door lock and take it to the locksmith, they want to charge me £80 to come out and do it. I have removed the door card but I can hardly see the lock itself as it is partly hidden behind a big rubber thingy! My camera has helped me to get a better view but I'm still stuck. Can anyone tell me (in language suitable for an idiot) what to do next? The car is J reg and has central locking. I really would be grateful for any help and I have more pics if that helps!

on the lock holding it to the door is a u shaped clip just pull that off and the lock will fall out the door, then just unclip the rod
