Hey guys, just took to bits my 205 quicktrio project as i decided hillclimbing and sprinting is far and away out of my reach financially.
TU tubular exhuast manifold - £130
Competition exhuast system, with no middle silencer - £130
If you want both manifold and exhust i'd let them go for £220
160lbs challenge springs with kyb shocks - £50
front grill £10
Lights £25 pair
indicators £15 pound pair
Slam panel £10
Water bottle will be included with rad
Distributor, cap and leads £40
Alternator and new belt £15
Breather and pipe - £5
Radiator, fan assembly, pipes and water bottle - £30
Drivers side drive shaft - new, but fitted so consider it second hand, this is the side that doesnt require those special L bolts and goes through a part of the gearbox housing - £15
Dellorto 40's Not ballanced but in good working order. Also comes with Sytec double linkage, with accelerator cables and what not. This is also fitted to a euro rallye manifold. I have modified this to fit to any TU head. It will also still fit to a rallye head if youre fortunate enough to own one. - £200
Willing to split all this set up as im sure these carbs and the manifold will be useful as a package or individually. Will post a video to show them running, as i said unballanced but both did work, you could pump the accelerator and hear the petrol being pumped in to prime before turning over.
they also come with trumpets and some poorly made mesh covers, these trumpets allow it to go into a 205 and not foul the brake servo arrangement.
Pair of 205 1.6 brembo front discs - £20
Pair of 205 1.9 brembo front discs - £15
Right if youre looking to modify your brake setup on a standard 205, use the 1.9's with 1.6 calipers, the 1.6's have a deeper dish to think of a better description and will foul on the hub. As such the 1.9 discs will require a skim, and the 1.6's will require a good run.
Both are unused, but obviously second hand.
Clutch kit £30
Unused, i was unsure weather to use this with the 1.3 engine to 1.0 gearbox. so ended up buying a 1.0 clutch
Set of green seatbels - £5
Front brake pipes. These are male to female, they are unused as mine went male male to the copper main pipes and the caliper. - £10
Gearbox steady - £10
Gear selector rods - Only 2 of what i think is 3 overall, supposed to be sport orrientated in order to tighten the box up, unused so unsure, they do look a little more professional than the originals - £15
Water pump housing - £10
Quiksilver cylinder head, this has had an overhaul worth 100 pounds, this included the valve stem oil seals too, so instead of taking everything steel out and weighing it in as aluminum, id rather this long life head go into something. It's been flowed a little by me using a dremmel and a lot of polish. comes with everything seen attatched. Has had a little grinded away to allow mounting of the carbs. - £100
It is a real shame i must part with the last remnants of what was a great project. Hopefully whoever buys will put it into good use and keep their 205 alive and hopefully kicking harder with these bits.
Any questions feel free to ask here. Or you can contact me on 07969597588, for some items postage and what not will need to be discused, i am more than welcome to allow pickup, or even meeting half way depending upon what and how far.
Thank you for reading.
