problem with 207s

I have a peugeot 207s 2007 and I have a problem that 3 garages cant give me answer to, its really frustrating as I want to sell it.

The car has always been fully serviced. When I first start it up in the morning it chugs along almost as if it needs a choke after a couple of minutes its absolutley fine. The garage has put it on the diagnostic machine nothing is showing up they have said to me just leave it but how can I sell it like that and I would anyway. Has anyone got any idea what this could be.

You will have to find a Peugeot Specialist, preferably a small independent who has the very latest diag`kit and has plenty of experience.There are a number of possible causes or it may just need a system download.
