Noisy 1.9 diesel

My partner combi diesel grumbles on tickover, it sounds like a plastic part vibrating but I can't find anything loose. I'm told it could be one of the belt pulleys.

Any ideas folks as the engine is very quiet otherwise, btw it has 93K on the clock, extreemely good on fuel and very reliable.

I had something like that and thought it was an engine fault,until I put my hand on top of the air filter and the noise stopped!! The clips holding the lid down had gone week allowing induction air to vibrate the lid.
