Hi all, I got these photos from the website of Gilbert Bros. shop in Derby. This car is a 1965 404 Cabriolet Injection with the bodyshell number 8316 (visible in the photo of the engine bay), but I would like to get in touch with the owner to learn more about the car. The number plate seems to be (GB) FNN 560 C. If anyone can help with this, I would appreciate it! Carr8316-02 by p404c, on Flickr Carr8316-01 by p404c, on Flickr

I have put the car into the Register provisionally but any help contacting the owner would be appreciated!

Must be in bits in a barn?? what I think is odd is that it hasn't been taxed since 1995 but had an MOT in 2011. I`ve seen a few 404 cabriolets in the UK but the only white one was my old one.
By the way Mike I sold my 404 cabriolet to Beaulieu Garage and they have moved it on.

Thanks very much guys; I have also contacted the garage that posted these photos in the hope that they will pass my contact information onto the owner.

Thanks again lads for your insights; I got in touch with the owner and he tells me the chassis number of his car is 4596370. So now it's registered as it should be (by that number rather than the Carrosserie Peugeot number).
He bought the car in France from the first owner in 1988 and has it in for a restoration right now. It has the factory hardtop.
