So it's MOT time and it wasn't as bad as I thought (handbrake cables, fuel pump and drive shaft boot), whilst I was getting these fixed by the local garage I was toying with the idea of changing the rear shock absorbers. They were meant to be quite quite new when I bought the car, but the back end it quite skittish over bumps, and it really feels like one of the shocks is gone. In extreme cases a dab of opposite lock to correct is needed. So, to get to the point I was looking at some shocks on ebay in France made by Record, part number 103508 or A176. When you do a bit of research, some websites imply these will fit a '75 cabrio, some are a bit vague! Listed on several sites as alternatives to these (but same spec) are KYB441029. When you do a bit of research on these shocks, all the info I can find says these will fit! I was just wondering if anyone has experience in fitting these Record 103508 shocks to a cabrio? Many thanks, Nick
