Do you mean just the standard plastic fan blades that bolt to the electro hub on the water pump.

On this subject done a lot of searching and can't resolve if the pump is filled with oil or gets from engine
Would assume it would be filled hence red cap. Thinks is 10w or ATF and 150mm. But not sure
Also how do you drain what's in there if it needs its own oil
Thanks in advance

The pump camcase has its own oil supply. The bearings, variable cam, 4 cams and other moving parts are all splash lubricated. The hydraulic head (the cubical aluminium box with the fuel lines going in and out) has a pressure feed from the engine's oil pump. This is used to lubricate the four pump pistons.
With wear, a tiny bit of fuel can leak past the seal made by the pressurised engine oil and make the camcase oil smell like fuel. It is for this reason that it needs to be changed regularly.
Each oil change for the engine, with the engine idling, slacken the pressurised oil line under the hydraulic head to ensure that some oil comes out, because if this line gets clogged, the hydraulic head's pistons and cylinders will wear out fast and the cost will be a lot to make it right.

It is supposed to be Essolube 10W but a regular engine oil will do.
