After lovingly collecting andsorting the car out ready for welds etc (story and pics comming soon!), some lady goes and parks her car into the side of my poor little ZL! The door was properly stoved in and the paint scratched - it looked like i was going to have to replace it!! and then as if by magic... while sitting in the sun the heat helped the door pop back out to original shape leaving only the damaged paintwork! now thats magic!

lol. Why is it that if your car looks slightly odd/old, that other people think it is ok to park/shove doors into the paint work and it doesnt matter.

We have some über spoilt Agricultural college students living opposite us. The knock everyones cars around here as the don't give a monky's. I was actuall out inspecting a ding they'd put in the rear bumper of the ZS when lo two of them thingyted up in a golf with a shodded up front end and only parked into my car WHILE I WAS WATCHING THEM. GIMPS!!!

. and they're still walking? with working kneecaps and everything? What a patient man you are! In 205tastic's case, the nasty Fiesta lady (who owns an X plate dagenham dustbin, already COVERED in the signs of rust in all the usual fiesta places, and refers to various classic Pugs in the carpark as 'sheds') attempted to deny having parked into a 104. when challenged, she then wondered how the white paint and scratching had gotten all over her wheelarch and was just beginning to question the silly angle her car was parked at and wonder how it had got like that etc when her husband cut in and pointed out that it was the right colour, the right height and that the angle she was at she had blatantly driven into us and then pulled away and reparked, and offered us Fifty Quid to shut up and stay away from insurance companies. we still haven't seen the money, so will be knocking on a certain door tonight. If he thinks he's getting away with it he's much mistaken. We have pictures showing the whole thing, before the car went 'bong' and popped itself out! 104 aluminium bumpers are surprisingly strong! My dad found that out years ago when he took out a Rover Metro with one attached to an LNA... ;D
