Can anyone recommend a mobile welder in North Kent? Capable with repairs on the ultra thin Italian steel on a 504 Coupe?
My restoration has come to a grinding halt with the car in total bits. The engine has been rebuilt though. I've had very promising talks with Jason at Mobile Welding Services but with the car being in bits it may prove difficult as they're based in the Midlands. Ideally I would like the car put back together soon after,
which I'm hoping won't be too big an issue as it was driving an MOT'd when it went tin for the resto. Typical situation though, the small company ceased operating, someone ran off with the cash and I'm left with a car with no 2 bits connected.
Obviously, if there are any local lunatics willing to take on this project after welding then all the better for it!!
