Does the entire dashboard assembly really have to come off to attend to the heater matrix? Is there no 'wizard wheeze' for getting round this problem?

Hi No the whole dashboard DOESNT have to be removed to change a series 2 405 heater matrix. Try this link for the 'wizard wheeze' you are looking for  www.pcug.org.au/~mcnamee/pac/articles/405heatercores.htmHave you checked the O rings on the end of the matrix aint leaking? Also if it has aircon & if its just wet carpets have you checked the aircon drain pipe under the car isnt blocked? |
