Just got myself a peugeot 106 xsi cheap (1.4 petrol). The fellas cambelt snapped, luckily the valves and head are sound. Can anybody give me instructions on finding TDC etc and how to line up the timing marks on the camshaft (it has a large cutout in the camshaft pulley, big margin for error). Help on this issue will be much appreciated fellow pug owners.
I know your probably saying 'buy a Haynes manual you tight sod' but my experience with them hasnt been that great. Inside info is much better!!

Well not experienced on this one, but in general ask why it snapped? is the tensioned past its best? is there oil contamination from leaking crank or camshalf seals? or dodgy water pump?
