Please help!
I have a 94 M Reg 405 GLX TD that has cost me a bomb since I bought it. Day after picked up clutch linkage went, driver's window regulator went so bill for £190, I then had full service, cam belt change, glow plugs etc month later at cost over £700, then another month on head gasket went so another bill for £300. Anyway, the semi-personalised reg plate that was so tempting is not so attractive now-especially as only paid £250 for car in first place!
To cut long story short my relationship with local garage is now strained, and after they changed head gasket, there is now a warning light coming on occasionally that is best described as looking like a yellow bloke with a beard and a hat, but with no eyes!
I'm afraid to admit that, yes, I am a silly girly & don't know what the chuff this is all about. Any advice would be muchly appreciated.
Also, after much depletion of my bank account due to above problems, I am looking at changing to a 306 Diesel, but must have PAS. Can anyone please let me know which models do have power steering, and what approx £600 will buy?
